The Montage is located south of downtown Laguna (about a 6-8 min drive).

  • Saturday Farmers Market (521 Forest Ave) - start your Sat downtown at the local Farmers Market 8am - 12pm

  • Coffee & Breakfast - Laguna Coffee Co., Wild Strawberry Cafe (coffee and light breakfast), Jedidiah Coffee (coffee with cute patio space off PCH),

  • AHBA - our favorite spot! located in South Laguna, open for breakfast, lunch, & dinner… 10/10 burger, great cocktails & wine, perfect patio

  • Kitchen in the Canyon - order at the counter, casual breakfast/brunch

  • Zinc Cafe and Market - coffee, breakfast, cute cafe downtown

  • Urth - classic southern CA cafe and restaurant

  • Nick’s Laguna Beach - iconic Laguna establishment, post-beach drinks or lunch

  • Starfish Laguna Beach - Asian fusion right across from Montage

  • Larsen @ Hotel Laguna - great bar, brunch or dinner option, patio seating overlooking the ocean

  • The Deck - beachside drinks and seafood

  • Selanne Steak Tavern - upscale steakhouse

  • Marine Room Tavern - cocktail bar, live music

  • Southswell - soft serve ice cream

  • The Taco Stand - a mini-chain from San Diego that does Tijuana-style tacos

  • Beaches - If you’re at the Montage, there’s a great beach and hidden cove in front of the hotel (GOFF COVE). If you’re staying closer to Dana Point or South Laguna, THOUSANDS STEPS BEACH. If you’re staying downtown, WOOD’S COVE or SHAW’S COVE.
